SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At DESIGNER LEHENGA CHOLI, we offer standard delivery to addresses worldwide. However, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, naval ports, and Jurong Island.
We strive to deliver to as many countries as possible through our trusted logistics partners while ensuring timely, secure, and efficient delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order. You can view the applicable charges by selecting your items and proceeding to the checkout page, where the charges will be auto-calculated based on your provided delivery address—without requiring payment or registration.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon payment confirmation from our warehouse. Please note that processing times may vary due to factors such as security checks, payment authorization, shipping restrictions, and order dispatch. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is received.
Local Deliveries (Within India)
We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 working days across India from the date of shipment (not the date of order placement). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order using the 6-digit Order Number via our local logistics partner. If no one is available to receive the package, an additional re-delivery charge may apply. Please ensure you provide an active contact number at checkout so the courier can reach you in case of any delivery issues.
International Deliveries
For international orders, we aim to deliver within 8-15 working days from the shipment date. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For international shipments, any import taxes, duties, and tariffs imposed by the destination country’s laws must be borne by the recipient. These charges must be paid for customs clearance.
