Return/Refund Policy:
- We are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them with 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of the product. We offer a generous 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
- Kindly note return/refund exchange is not acceptable for custom size/standard ready-to-wear size Products.

- The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in Surat. Designer Lehenga Choli will reimburse 120/- rupees in reward points for the return shipment.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points, which can be used for future purchases. These reward points will have a validity of 1 year from the date of credit.
- Please note that reward points will be issued for the product price paid by the customer; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Allow 2-3 business days after the product is received back at our warehouse in Surat for the processing of reward points.

- For claims regarding receiving the wrong product, a different product, a damaged product, or a defective product, the customer must provide an unboxing video of the received package. The video should cover all sides of the outer packaging and inner items in a single frame, without any cuts or joints. Shipping labels and other details must be clearly visible in the video.
- With regards to international orders (outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns of any product.
- If a customer does not accept a prepaid order, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the order needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy:
Designer Lehenga Choli offers the option to cancel your order, subject to certain terms and conditions. Before proceeding with cancellation, please review the cancellation policy outlined below:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order. However, once an order has been moved to the shipped status, it cannot be canceled.
- For prepaid orders that are canceled, a deduction of 5% payment gateway charges will be applied.

Exchange Policy:
- If you love the product but wish for a different color, pattern, or size, Designer Lehenga Choli is pleased to offer an exchange option, provided it meets certain conditions.
- We have a no-questions-asked 7-day exchange policy for our customers' convenience. Customers can exchange any product available on our website for an item of equal or different value.
- For exchanges involving higher-priced products, customers will need to pay the difference amount online, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange requests. Alternatively, if the exchanged product has a lower value, the price difference will be credited to the customer's Designer Lehenga Choli account as reward points.

- For exchange orders, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address. We do not currently offer a pickup service. However, we will reimburse customers up to Rs. 120/- for the cost of reverse shipping.

How soon will I get my Store Credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected and approved, we will send your credit note (credit notes are issued to your registered email address). Please note, that Designer Lehenga Choli reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange. All disputes are subject to Surat Jurisdiction only.
How to use the Store Credit?
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’. You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your given discount amount. Please note that the full amount of store credit is to be used at once. If there are any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance.
What about lost shipments?
Please note that Designer Lehenga Choli is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We use top-tier shipping companies including FedEx, , and DHL to ensure reliable and fast deliveries worldwide.
