SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so we have a very generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy on most products. Please read the full policy below.
SHIPPING POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)
- We offer free shipping on all orders.
- It usually takes 3-5 working days to dispatch your product. Customized orders can take additional 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS.
- Once the order is shipped, items may take 15-25 days for delivery as they are made on order.
RETURN POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)
- We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back.
- Please initiate returns via our returns center within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
- We will not arrange any pick up. Customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit will have a validity of 1 year.
- Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer.
- Please allow 3-5 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat for processing of store credit.

Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in its original condition
- If the product is customized for you (e.g - lehenga with custom stitching or sarees with fall & edging, stitched blouses, etc)
- Products that are made to order (labeled as pre-order) are not eligible for return/exchange either. This is because these products are uniquely produced on-demand.
- Multiple returns from the same customer are also not accepted within a short time frame. E.g - for customers that order 3+ products within a month, only up to 30% of the total order value can be returned or exchanged. This clause is designed to prevent non-serious customers from trying out multiple products and abusing our generous return policy.
- Products under FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for any discounts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- One the order is placed cannot be canceled or modified for any reason.
SHIPPING POLICY (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)
- International shipping rates vary by country and by product weight. Please add items to your cart to see shipping charges.
- We ship international orders using DHL / UPS / FedEx.
- Custom and Import duty is the responsibility of the customer.
- It takes 15-20 working days for us to process and dispatch international orders. Please allow an extra 5-7 working days for custom stitching orders.
RETURN POLICY (For International Orders - USA, UK, Canada, etc)
- We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back.
- Please initiate international returns by emailing us at care@designerlehengacholi.com.
- The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in Surat.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit (after deducting shipping charges) that can be used for future purchases in our store.
FAQ's
How soon will I get my Store Credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected and approved, we will send your credit note (credit notes are issued to your registered email address). Please note, that Designer Lehenga Choli reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange. All disputes are subject to Surat Jurisdiction only.
How to use the Store Credit?
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’. You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your given discount amount. Please note that the full amount of store credit is to be used at once. If there are any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance.
What about lost shipments?
Please note that Designer Lehenga Choli is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We use top-tier shipping companies including FedEx, , and DHL to ensure reliable and fast deliveries worldwide.
